We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by Suppliers.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees you have paid to us.

Client Travel Services Agreement & Liability Waiver

CLIENT TRAVEL SERVICES AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

This Client Travel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the traveler (“Client”) and Journeys by WanderLuxe Co (“Travel Advisor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By approving a booking, submitting traveler information, or making payment, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Role of Journeys by WanderLuxe Co.

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. acts solely as an independent travel advisor.

We arrange travel services through third-party suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies (“Suppliers”).

We do not own, operate, or control any Supplier services.

All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of each Supplier.

2. Accuracy of Traveler Information (Names, DOB, Passport, etc.)

Client agrees that all traveler information provided is accurate and matches government-issued identification exactly.

Client understands that errors may result in:

  • Additional fees
  • Ticket re-issuance
  • Denied boarding
  • Loss of funds

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not responsible for costs or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete traveler information provided by the Client.


3. Payments & Authorization

Client authorizes Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. to use the provided payment method for the purpose of confirming travel reservations with Suppliers.

Client understands:

  • Prices are subject to change until payment is made
  • Failure to pay by deadlines may result in cancellation
  • Some reservations may be non-refundable or subject to penalties

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. does not store full credit card numbers.


4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All changes, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by each Supplier’s policies.

Client understands:

  • Journeys by WanderLuxe does not control Supplier decisions
  • Fees may apply
  • Some bookings may be fully non-refundable
  • Refunds can take up to 90 days depending on Supplier processing times

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not liable for Supplier refusal to issue refunds or credits.

5. Travel Risks & Client Responsibilities

Client understands that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Illness or injury
  • Delays or cancellations
  • Natural disasters
  • Lost baggage
  • Supplier failure or bankruptcy
  • Weather conditions
  • Government actions or travel restrictions

Client assumes all such risks.

Client is responsible for complying with:

  • Passport and visa requirements
  • Vaccination or health entry rules
  • Airline check-in deadlines
  • Baggage size/weight restrictions

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not responsible for losses caused by failure to comply.

6. Travel Insurance

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

If Client declines insurance and suffers losses (medical, cancellation, delays, baggage, etc.), Client agrees that Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not liable.

A formal Travel Insurance Declination Form may be required.

7. Health & Medical Considerations

Client acknowledges that:

  • Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not a medical professional
  • All travelers must assess their medical fitness to travel
  • Some destinations require specific vaccines or documentation

Client is responsible for seeking medical advice prior to travel.

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not liable for medical issues occurring before, during, or after travel.

8. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not responsible for losses, delays, injury, or inconvenience caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Supplier shutdowns

No refunds are guaranteed in these cases unless offered by the Supplier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Journeys by WanderLuxe Co.’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid directly to Journeys by WanderLuxe Co.

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not liable for:

  • Supplier acts or omissions
  • Indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of enjoyment, delays, emotional distress, or inconvenience

Client releases and holds harmless Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. from all such claims.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

By submitting traveler information, confirming travel arrangements, or making payment, the Client acknowledges:

  • They have read and understand this Agreement
  • They agree to all terms stated above
  • They accept responsibility for all travelers in their party
  • They understand that Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not liable for Supplier actions or travel-related risks

To ensure your travel experience is protected and fully transparent, Journeys by WanderLuxe requires all clients to complete a brief set of digital forms at the time of booking. These forms are standard in the travel industry and are designed to protect both you and your investment.
