This Client Travel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the traveler (“Client”) and Journeys by WanderLuxe Co (“Travel Advisor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By approving a booking, submitting traveler information, or making payment, the Client agrees to the following terms:

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All changes, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by each Supplier’s policies.

7. Health & Medical Considerations

Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not liable for medical issues occurring before, during, or after travel.
8. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)
Journeys by WanderLuxe Co. is not responsible for losses, delays, injury, or inconvenience caused by events outside our control, including:
